I’ve always LOVED pancakes for as long as I can remember.
The best thing with pancakes is that you can do them healthy in many different ways and they’re still so tasty.
I need to share my banana pancakes recipe, so easy to make and it’s delicious.
– 1 Banana
– 2 Eggs
– 1/4 cup oats
– 20 grams protein powder
-organic coconut oil
1. Blend all the ingredients together with a mixer.
2. Spray some coconut oil in the pan and steam the pancakes.
Use whatever topping you want. I ate mine with raspberries, honey and desiccated coconut!
